Jacques Baud
Jacques Baud is a Swiss former intelligence officer and colonel who describes himself simply as an analyst, and who has written a book on the Russian art of war. He says he was sanctioned by the European Union in December 2025, losing bank access and the right to re-enter the bloc he lives in, without ever being charged or brought before a judge, and he states he has no connection to Russia and has declined RT invitations to avoid being typed as a propagandist. He appears regularly on Dialogue Works.
